8.3 Gaming activity logs and responsible gaming records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the last recorded gaming session.
8.4 Customer support communications are retained for two (2) years following resolution of the relevant support interaction.
8.5 Marketing consent records are retained for as long as you maintain an active juankada account, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier.
8.6 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with juankada's data disposal procedures.

10.2 If juankada becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all data associated with that account will be deleted, and any funds will be returned to the source payment method where legally permissible.

11.1 juankada reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
11.2 Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered juankada Players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes.
