Terms & Conditions – juankada

1.1 By completing the juankada registration process, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any portion of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the juankada Privacy Policy and the juankada Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.2 These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the juankada Platform, including but not limited to account registration, depositing funds, participating in casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, fishing games, bingo, and dice games, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals.

1.3 juankada reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the juankada Platform. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law. The Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years of age.

2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years old; (b) you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law; (c) you are not an employee, director, officer, or close relative of juankada or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.

2.3 juankada reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. The Company may suspend or permanently close any account where satisfactory age verification cannot be established, and any funds in such accounts may be withheld pending verification or returned to the source payment method at the Company's sole discretion.

2.4 The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online casino gaming is legally permitted. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

3.1 Each individual may maintain only one (1) juankada account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times. Providing false information, including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 As part of juankada's compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, all Players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before their first withdrawal. Required documents include a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card) and, where applicable, proof of address.

3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. juankada staff will never request your password. You must notify juankada immediately at support@juankada.asia if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.5 juankada reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account registration at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, self-exclusion violations, or any other breach of these Terms.

4.1 The minimum deposit on the juankada Platform is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and Player account tier; current limits are displayed within the account wallet section.

4.2 Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank online banking transfers, and selected cryptocurrency options. juankada does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party individuals.

4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment account in the registered Player's name. juankada typically processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing times for bank transfers may vary and may take up to one (1) business day.

4.5 juankada reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. The Company will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank holidays, or technical disruptions outside the Company's reasonable control.

5.1 juankada may offer welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, a wagering requirement applies to all bonus amounts and any winnings generated from bonus funds. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as real money.

5.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational use by eligible juankada account holders only. The Company reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, coordination between multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors.

5.4 juankada reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations.

6.1 All games available on the juankada Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics operated by licensed studio providers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table games are published within each game's information panel.

6.2 You acknowledge that online gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds wagered. juankada does not guarantee any outcome and bears no responsibility for losses incurred through gameplay.

6.3 The use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any third-party tool to gain an unfair advantage in any juankada game is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.

6.4 In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result on your device and the result recorded in juankada's server logs, the server-side record shall be considered definitive.

6.5 juankada reserves the right to void bets and reverse transactions where a game, software, or pricing error has occurred, or where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, collusion, or integrity violations in relation to any event on which bets have been accepted.

7.1 juankada is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in accordance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. The Platform provides Players with tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and cooling-off periods, all accessible from the account settings dashboard.

7.2 Self-exclusion is available to any Player upon request. Self-exclusion periods range from one (1) week to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended, and the Player will be blocked from creating new accounts on the Platform. Marketing communications will also be suspended for the duration.

7.3 juankada does not extend credit to Players and does not permit players to wager funds they do not have in their verified wallet balance. The Company will not accept deposits from third parties on a Player's behalf.

8.1 juankada reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) provision of false registration information; (d) operation of multiple accounts; (e) violation of responsible gaming obligations including self-exclusion circumvention; or (f) any other conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

8.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, juankada reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, legitimate real-money funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

8.3 Players may voluntarily close their juankada account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

9.1 All content on the juankada Platform, including but not limited to the juankada brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of juankada or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of juankada.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juankada, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10.2 juankada does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party technical failures may temporarily affect service availability. The Company will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players of planned maintenance in advance.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by juankada's proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11.1 juankada reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to registered Players or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

11.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the juankada Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the juankada Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12.3 Before commencing formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact juankada via support@juankada.asia and allow the Company a period of thirty (30) calendar days to resolve the matter informally.

12.4 Players may also submit regulatory complaints to PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, as the relevant licensing and regulatory authority for the juankada Platform.
